Do you have a passion for fashion and style? Are you an advocate for American-made clothing? Do you want free swag and the opportunity to represent a fast-growing Detroit-based apparel startup?
We are looking for college students who are interested in joining the GETTEES team and helping us build awareness of our brand using the social networks and connections you already have on campus!
If you enjoy hosting events, social media and being the center of attention, we want to meet you. In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of our company, build brand recognition, and promote our clothing (Spoiler: There’s lots of free clothing involved.)

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university
  • #Instafamous. Just kidding! But, we do need you to have a strong social media presence on at least two platforms!
  • A social butterfly of sorts, comfortable talking to strangers and hosting events, active on campus or involved in organizations / clubs / sororities / fraternities / sports teams / etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined. This is a remote position as your supervisor will be located in Detroit. Aside from regular check-ins over the phone, the pace of your work and your success will be determined by your own effort.
  • Smartphone & tech-savvy
  • Looking for work experience in a marketing role with a startup brand
  • Thoroughly understand the GETTEES brand and be our biggest advocate on your campus
  • Plan and implement all aspects of marketing campaigns on campus
  • Initiate and build relationships with campus organizations and clubs to build awareness of GETTEES
  • Organize 3 marketing events over the course of the semester (in collaboration with the other brand ambassadors)
  • 1-3 weekly social posts wearing GETTEES on your personal accounts/channels/stories, etc.
  • Write 1 monthly blog post on a topic of your choice that incorporates GETTEES (be creative!) to be published on our blog, The GETTEES Address
  • Host 1 giveaway per month (in-person or via social media)
  • Use your personal discount code to drive traffic to the GETTEES website to purchase
  • Take initiative and be proactive! Help us find the latest trends or opportunities on campus to grow the brand
