FREE RETURNS

We stand behind our product. If you were not 100% satisfied with your order - take advantage of our fast and easy returns.

30 DAYS - FULL REFUND

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from GETTEES for a full refund 30 days of the date of purchase.

For returns received within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment. To make sure you are still eligible for a return - head to your account page to view your order history. For any questions, please contact us at support@gettees.us.

We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping and processing.

EXCHANGES

We don't process direct exchanges, and ask that if you'd like a replacement item you follow our return instructions and reorder directly through our website as a separate transaction. We'll completely refund your original form of payment - excluding shipping charges - when we receive the return.

LOST RETURN LABEL?

If you would like to make a return but have lost the label sent with the order, email our support team for a new return label. We will email you a return label and you can continue the return process following the instructions below.

Fill out the GETTEES Return Form that was sent with your order

Place the garment and completed form back in the original box

Peel & stick the return label provided with the shipment on the bottom of the box - over the original shipping label

Drop off your package at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox, post office or visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup
