Job Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator at GETTEES, you'll manufacture premium apparel using industrial sewing equipment and high-quality materials. You'll work closely with an experienced team to produce garments that meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Beyond daily production, you'll have opportunities to expand your skills through cross-training, learn a variety of sewing operations, assist with new product development, and contribute ideas that improve how we manufacture our products.
As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator at GETTEES, you'll manufacture premium apparel using industrial sewing equipment and high-quality materials. You'll work closely with an experienced team to produce garments that meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Beyond daily production, you'll have opportunities to expand your skills through cross-training, learn a variety of sewing operations, assist with new product development, and contribute ideas that improve how we manufacture our products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sew garments according to patterns, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Operate industrial sewing machines and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform multiple sewing operations throughout the garment construction process.
- Inspect your work throughout production to ensure consistent quality.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with sample garments and prototype development.
- Cross-train on multiple sewing machines and manufacturing processes.
- Help identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to solve production challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial sewing experience preferred.
- Experience sewing knit garments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
