In order to provide the highest quality products and service to our customers, we currently only sell GETTEES products directly online through our website. This allows us to cut unneeded cost like retail markups and invest more in the products we make.

Our mission is to make the best apparel possible, and that starts with the feel. We’ve assembled an entirely American supply chain of the top fabric and material suppliers to bring luxury and premium quality direct to the everyday consumer. Our t-shirts are made with 100% Supima Cotton while our sweatshirts and hoodies are made of Flex-Terry, our custom fabric blend of French Terry, Supima Cotton, and Lycra.
On any product page, click on View Guide and you will find washing instructions at the bottom. The best way to increase the longevity and softness of the material is to machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
Click the "View Guide" link on any product page to find what size is best for you. Customers have said that our shirts usually run true to size. If you order the wrong size, don’t worry! You can take advantage of our free and easy returns.
All of our products are pre-washed, removing 99% of the shrink before you buy. Though they may still shrink slightly after washing, it’s likely you won’t even notice!
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. To check the status of your package, open this shipping confirmation email and click on Track My Order. You can also use your tracking number to track your package online through Google.
If you placed an order by mistake or accidentally ordered the wrong item, contact our support team as soon as possible to correct the mistake. If you need to make changes after your order has been shipped, you can always return your items for free.
While we currently have no set in stone wholesale discounts, we love to partner with like-minded companies and organizations, especially Detroit-based businesses, on spreading the “American Made” message. While many of our products and staple colors are always available, we do our best to keep a rotating selection of colors and styles while constantly improving our designs and products based on our customer feedback. This means products listed as sold out may never be restocked while others certainly will. If a product you really want to see is unavailable, let us know by emailing us at email@example.com.
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JcB, etc. We also accept payment through Apple Pay. You can choose your form of payment during the checkout process.
The GETTEES website is run through Shopify meaning all transactions are safe and secure. Creating a safe transaction is something we do not take lightly and Shopify is a proven and established company in providing safe transactions.

To redeem your store credit, simply enter the credit code you received via email during checkout.

Your GETTEES order ships directly from our Factory in Sterling Heights, MI.
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. While shipping internationally in the future is not out of the question as the company expands, we are currently focused on delivering high quality, American-made products directly from our factory and growing the brand.
For orders over $75, shipping is free! For orders under $75, standard shipping (3-5 business days) is $7.50.

Any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased online from GETTEES may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement item, simply follow our return instructions and reorder directly through our website as a separate transaction. We'll completely refund your original form of payment when we receive the return.
All returns are free. We believe in our product so if there is anything that doesn’t live up to your expectations, send it back on us.
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. To initiate a return from a pop-up shop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
GETTEES was founded in 2014 on the idea of bringing back American manufacturing and producing. After 2 years of training sewers and developing the perfect t-shirt, GETTEES was able to launch in the fall of 2016.
The GETTEES factory is currently located in Sterling Heights, MI (a suburb of Detroit) and the hometown of our founder. However, we are currently in the process of relocating to Detroit to be part of the constant growth and innovation of the city. We’re part of a movement in Detroit to revitalize the American garment industry given the city's culture and manufacturing history. All of our products are made using fabrics and materials sourced in the United States. Everything is designed, cut and sewn at our factory in Sterling Heights, MI. Everything is then pre-washed, pressed and packaged for shipping.
