Where are GETTEES products made?

The GETTEES factory is located in Sterling Heights, MI (The hometown of our founder Mathew Hunt). You can get a peek inside by visiting our Factory Page.

Where does GETTEES source its materials?

To find where the materials come from on a specific product, you can click the “Fabric & Care” button on any product page. Typically, fabrics are grown in California and knit and dyed in California or North Carolina.

What makes GETTEES products better?

By managing our own manufacturing process and selling directly to you, we can allocate more resources to the production and the makers behind our products. By eliminating extra expenses, we prioritize the essential aspects of a quality product, such as the fabric, construction, and fit.

Do you sell bulk orders?

We'd love to help you place a bulk order with us!

Bulk orders are purchases that consist of 24 or more items. To receive more information about our pricing or to receive a quote on a potential order, contact us at partner@gettees.us and provide as many specifics regarding the order as possible.

Orders & Shipping
How will I know you've received my order?

Once your payment is approved, we will send you an email confirming your order. Additionally, you can keep track of your order's status by visiting your GETTEES account here.

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your payment has been approved, we will send you an email confirming your order. Your order is expected to be shipped on the next business day, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries in the future.

How long will it take you to ship my order, and how quickly will it get to me?

After receiving your order, we will require some time to process it (1-2 Business Days). Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a confirmation as well as the tracking information for your order, which includes the carrier that will be used.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your purchase without delay. The delivery time can vary based on your location and the available delivery options, typically ranging from 1-6 business days. Delivery options and estimated delivery dates will be displayed during the checkout process for your convenience.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rate is a flat fee of $7.50 for orders below $100 and free for orders over $100.

What do I do if the item I want is out of stock in my size?

If an item is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the Product Page to express your interest. Moreover, if you have any inquiries regarding the restocking of a product, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@gettees.us.

Can I edit / cancel my order?

Our top priority is to process and ship your order as promptly as possible to ensure swift delivery. However, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@getttees.us as soon as possible, so we can assist you. In the event that your items have already been shipped, we will work with you to ensure that you receive the products you want.

How do I know which size I need?

If you're unsure about what size you are, please take a look at our Size Guides, which are located directly above the size options on each product page. If you still require assistance, please feel free to reach out to our team at support@gettees.us.

In the event that you receive an incorrect size, we provide free returns for all orders.

How do I care for my GETTEES items?

All proper care methods to ensure the longevity of each individual product are located on the product page under the Fabric & Care section. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our team at support@gettees.us.

How can I tell if my favorite items will be restocked?

If an item is in the Factory Clearout Collection, we will not be restocking it. In addition, limited colors on our products will be restocked seasonally.

If an item is out of stock, you can click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the Product Page to express your interest in bringing it back. We use that information to decide what products and limited colors to restock.

Where do I enter my promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it in your cart during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.

The credit cards we currently accept are Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express.

When will I see the payment for my order reflected in my account?

Once your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email once everything has been approved. Credit card accounts will be debited once your order is placed.

How can I buy a gift card?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased from GETTEES may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. We simply ask that products be returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, go to your account and select the order you have items you wish to return.

You may also return all orders at our Eastern Market store. Just head to our store, provide them with the order number or email address used to place the order, and they’ll take it from there.

Do you offer free return shipping?

We offer free return shipping on all orders.

If I process a return, how long will it take before I get my money back?

As soon as your order is received, we will promptly initiate a refund for you. Generally, it takes approximately 7-10 business days for the entire process, starting from the day you return the item, until your money is successfully refunded. Please note that the bank may require an additional 1-3 business days to complete the refund transaction.

How can I return items I purchased at the GETTEES store?

You can bring all items purchased at the GETTEES store back to the store for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

If you purchased from the GETTEES store and are not available to return it at the store, please reach out to our team at support@gettees.us, and they will send you a free return label to return your items.

If I return my items, will I get a full refund?

Yes, we will issue you a full refund on the items on sale unless listed as Final Sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and the quickest way to get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

If a one-time discount was used on the initial purchase, please reach out to our team and we will gladly provide you with a new discount code to apply towards your new purchase.
