Job Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.

As a Production Associate at GETTEES, you'll play an important role in supporting every stage of our manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on position where you'll help transform raw materials into finished products that are shipped directly to our customers. You'll work across multiple departments, gaining experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, production, shipping, inventory management, and fulfillment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills, working with their hands, and being part of a team that takes pride in building exceptional products.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate our Gerber CNC cutting system to cut fabric and garment components according to production specifications.
  • Learn and assist with DTF printing equipment and production.
  • Operate heat presses to apply graphics, labels, and other garment applications.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, garments, and production materials.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
  • Make occasional local deliveries and supplier pickups as needed.
  • Assist with production, finishing, quality inspections, folding, packaging, and other manufacturing operations.
  • Cross-train across multiple departments and manufacturing processes.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment, including CNC cutting, DTF printing, and heat press systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on work and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
