Today, we meticulously craft our premium essentials using only the finest U.S. materials and sell them directly to our customers via our website. As a Store Associate at GETTEES, your primary role involves providing top-notch customer service to all our clients. You will represent our brand, reflecting our dedication to transparency, honesty, and superior American manufacturing. This position is entry-level, so prior retail experience is not necessary. However, an outgoing personality and a keen interest in improving our customers' shopping experiences are essential. Your role isn't about pushing sales but engaging with our community, sharing the GETTEES story, and contributing to the expansion of a brand committed to growing apparel manufacturing in Michigan.
Welcome customers to the store and assist them with their needs.
Answer customer inquiries about our products, including details about our manufacturing process and the materials we use.
Process sales transactions and handle returns in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean and that products are displayed attractively.
Assist in the management of store inventory and restock products as necessary.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively, both in a team and independently.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Previous retail experience is a plus.
Knowledge about the apparel industry, especially American manufacturing, is beneficial.
