Pause The Tees, We're Making Mask

To our valued customers, friends, family and supporters,

Here at GETTEES, we are no longer “business as usual.” As we navigate these unprecedented times, our commitment to being a company built “by the people, for the people” may look different now, but it does not waiver. We remain committed to being a champion of honest, high-quality American-manufacturing and doing our best by our employees.

To start, all of our team members who can work from home are doing so, can, are working from home and our Eastern Market storefront remains closed.

Beginning on Monday, March 30th, we will retool our Michigan factory to begin supporting a high-volume production effort put forth by Ezywrap of Microbe safety masks to address the massive shortage of protective equipment for the healthcare professionals fighting on the frontline during this medical crisis.

In the meantime, all GETTEES apparel production ended on March 19th and we have been making disposable face masks that are being donated and shipped to local hospitals and medical facilities in need. We are grateful to our dedicated team of talented sewers that have taken these changes in stride. We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and well-being of our sewers and subsequently, their families at home, as they continue to work in our factory.

As we’ve chosen to stop all production of GETTEES products, we ask for your patience and understanding in this effort. We are proud to be an American manufacturer and with the ability and capabilities to do so, we feel it is our duty and responsibility to produce these masks and do everything we can to support the well-being of our nation. Though we will continue to fulfill online orders as usual, some items may be out of stock in the coming weeks. We hope you understand.

Thank you for your continued support!

Stay well,

Mat Hunt & the GETTEES team
